Our business is entirely dependent on the efficient running and operation of a complex dvd rental software package which in turn relies on the efficient operation of the related computer hardware.
We have always had a comprehensive software maintenance and support program in place for our dvd rental software, but had largely ignored any maintenance and support plans for our computer hardware.
We contracted the services of InterNewGen to run a hardware support maintenance program for our IT Network. Since the implementation of the maintenance program, our hardware has become very stable as potential problem areas have been identified and resolved before they could cause malfunctions.
InterNewGen was also involved in the setup and administration of our domain name and related web based email system.
