How do I install the software?
1. Open our web site www.internewgen.co.nz and go to "Support" -> "Remote Support" on the navigation bar. Click the link "here to download" to download the software.
2. Click [save] on the popup window to save the software onto the desktop

3. Double click on the software icon, which is on your desktop, as below to open it

4. Click [Run] on the popup window

5. Choose “Run” at the next window and click [Next]

6. Tick “I accept the terms” and click [Next], and wait for the next window popup

7. When you see the window popup, just tell us the “ID” and the “Password” displaying in the window, then we can remotely access into your computer to check and fix the computer for you.
